Patient Registration
When you are a patient at The Hunterdon Center for Surgery, your comfort and safety are our primary concern. Once you are scheduled for a procedure, you will get a text and/or email with a link to our patient portal where you will fill out your preoperative questionnaire. Please disregard any reference to One Medical Passport. Your text/email will come from Your Patient Portal. If you do not have access to a computer, please call the center at 908-806-7017 and speak with a pre-operative nurse. The day before your procedure you will receive a call with the time to arrive for your surgery. When you arrive check in at the front desk. Please remember if the patient is a minor, the family member or guardian may not leave the center at any time.
